Our boiler stopped working over the weekend and Dan was able to come out on the Monday to diagnose the problem and fit a new gas valve on the Wednesday afternoon. Really happy with the speed of the service and fortunately only without heat for a few days. Would strongly recommend ST Plumbing.

Finally got around to changing our old back boiler for a new modern combi boiler. Unsure which unit to purchase and what work would be involved in the process. Called STP Plumbing and they explained all my options regarding which unit to purchase and what work would be involved. The work was carried out professionally with no mess or inconvenience to us. Should have done the change over years ago, thank you STP and I would highly recommend this company for all your plumbing job.

Employee from STP was very polite, courteous and well mannered. He,Lewis, got on with investigation of our heating fault and did with utter professionalism. No messing or time wasting to fix fault which was on our baxi back boiler after extensive testing. Stated would send report to office and cost,was worried but price later quoted was reasonable including boiler service which was required. Came next day with part and fitted after dismantling fire and boiler, fixed in a couple of hours and serviced properly, have seen other firms take longer and not as good as Lewis, STP Employee did. Very happy 😊
